Dispatch 365
Purpose
Dispatch 365 is our platform for coordinating multiple generation or storage units, making dispatch decisions based on load, economics, and constraints, and integrating with your existing systems. It is built for technical reliability and operational clarity, not marketing.
Core Functions
- Multi-unit coordination: Decide which units run when, for how long, and in what order to meet load and minimize cost.
- Decision framework: Rules and logic for economic dispatch, peak shaving, runtime limits, and maintenance windows.
- Integration: Connect to meters, BMS, or SCADA as needed so Dispatch 365 has the data to act and can report back in a useful form.
Operational Capabilities
- Peak demand mitigation (reduce demand charges by dispatching to trim peaks)
- Runtime management (balance hours across units, respect limits, schedule maintenance)
- Autonomous operation (automated dispatch within your rules and limits)
- Monitoring and reporting (visibility into run hours, fuel, events, and performance)
Integration notes
Dispatch 365 sits above OEM controllers and does not replace protection systems. It sends setpoints and commands within safe limits; safety and protection remain the responsibility of the installed equipment and your site procedures. We can discuss your specific topology and integration requirements.
